Refund Policy


Each order is printed especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure you are happy with the design, colour and material before placing your full order.

If you need any advice on how much wallpaper to order, please email us and we will be happy to help calculate your requirements before you place your order.

Of course, if there is a problem with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to put things right. Please note there is a 30 day time limit (from the date of delivery) for exchanges on wallpaper. Please inspect the wallpaper for defects as soon as possible to ensure a quick exchange if needed.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds on fabric, as it is cut to order. However, if the product is faulty, we will provide a replacement. Please email us so we can figure out how best to sort the problem. There is a 30 day time limit (from the date of delivery) for exchanges on fabric.
