Please be aware that wallpaper is printed in batches, meaning each batch might have a very slight shift in color which if hung directly next to a different batch might be noticeable. To insure that each roll is of the same batch, please be sure to order the correct amount incase the batch is sold out and subsequent rolls are needed.

It is advisory to order a sample to see the exact color which may not be accurate on screen.

We keep most of our wallpapers in stock. However, if we don't have enough to cover your order or if we are out of stock, there is a 3-6 week lead time. Please email us so we can provide you with an accurate lead time.

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Wallpaper is delivered within 5 days by Fed Ex or UPS.

All Orders are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This ensures that taxes and duties are included in the final price, so there are no additional charges upon delivery of your order.

All products are sent by courier and are fully tracked and need to be signed for. DO NOT sign and accept goods which have been damaged in transit as once signed for we are unable to make a refund so please ensure to inspect the package before signing for it. Please inform us of this situation immediately.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that estimating the right amount of wallpaper for your project can be challenging. To make things easier, we're happy to offer a full refund on up to 2 rolls of wallpaper, provided they are returned in perfect, unopened, and re-sellable condition within 90 days of purchase. If you're unsure whether you'll need an extra roll or two, we recommend ordering them just in case.

We recommend ordering a wallpaper sample first to see the exact color, as it may vary from what you see on screen.

Since wallpaper is printed in batches, slight color variations can occur between different batches. To ensure consistency, please try to order the correct amount needed for your project, as we may not have the same batch in stock later. If you order too much, we can issue a refund for up to 2 rolls of wallpaper.

It is the customer's responsibility to return unwanted orders. Please use a reputable shipping provider with tracking, as it is up to the customer to ensure the product is delivered back to us in perfect, resealable condition. All rolls must remain unopened. Returns can be made to either our UK fulfillment house or our office in Los Angeles.

Is the wallpaper sold as a double or single roll?

Our wallpaper is sold as a 'double roll' measuring 20.5" (52cm) wide with a continuous length of 11 yards (10m) per roll.

What is a Batch Number?

A Batch Number (also known as a Dye Lot Number) is a unique identifier printed on the wallpaper packaging that indicates the specific production run of that wallpaper. This ensures consistency in color, pattern, and quality within the same batch.
