Unfortunately, fabric cannot be refunded as it is cut to order, and samples are also non-refundable. However, if the product is faulty, we will gladly issue a replacement. Please email us so we can figure out how best to sort the problem.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that estimating the right amount of wallpaper for your project can be challenging. To make things easier, we're happy to offer a full refund on up to 2 rolls of wallpaper, provided they are returned in perfect, unopened, and re-sellable condition within 90 days of purchase. If you're unsure whether you'll need an extra roll or two, we recommend ordering them just in case.
We recommend ordering a wallpaper sample first to see the exact color, as it may vary from what you see on screen.
Since wallpaper is printed in batches, slight color variations can occur between different batches. To ensure consistency, please try to order the correct amount needed for your project, as we may not have the same batch in stock later. If you order too much, we can issue a refund for up to 2 rolls of wallpaper.
It is the customer's responsibility to return unwanted orders. Please use a reputable shipping provider with tracking, as it is up to the customer to ensure the product is delivered back to us in perfect, resealable condition. All rolls must remain unopened. Returns can be made to either our UK fulfillment house or our office in Los Angeles.
