Shipping
We keep most of our wallpapers in stock. However, if we don't have enough to cover your order or if we are out of stock, there is a 3-6 week lead time. Please email us so we can provide you with an accurate lead time.
We maintain a limited stock of fabric to ensure quick dispatch of small orders. For larger orders, the lead time is typically 4-6 weeks.
All products are sent by courier and are fully tracked and need to be signed for. DO NOT sign and accept goods which have been damaged in transit as once signed for we are unable to make a refund so please ensure to inspect the package before signing for it. Please inform us of this situation immediately.
We send out orders using the following shipping carriers;
- Samples : USPS
- Wallpaper : Fed Ex, DHL or UPS for international and US orders, DPD for UK and European orders.
- Fabric: Fed Ex, DHL or UPS for international and US orders, DPD for UK and European orders.
All wallpaper and Fabric orders are fully tracked!

We currently ship to the following countries; Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, UAE, Argentina and Brazil. However we can ship to all countries. If you country is not on the list please email me; helen@witchandwatchman.com

Please be aware that because all our products are shipped from the UK VAT will be charged by your country. You will be required to pay this fee on import. The amount will vary depending on your country's VAT rate. You might also be charged a small handling fee by the courier. All our products are made in the UK which means you should not be charged customs duties.
ORDERING
Once your order is placed, it is quickly prepared for production and shipping. As a result, cancellations or changes to your order cannot be made after 24 hours of placing it.
If your request falls within this 24-hour window, please contact us with your order number and details of the requested change. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Sales tax is only applicable to orders shipped within California and will be calculated at checkout after a shipping address has been entered, as it is not included in the prices.
For UK orders, VAT is included in the prices.
All international orders are shipped using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning taxes and duties are included in the final price.
This ensures there are no additional charges upon delivery. However, for orders above a certain value, U.S. Customs may require an ID check (such as an SSN or EIN). This is a standard procedure that may occur either randomly or due to the order value.
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS or DHL's fastest available service. Additionally, we ensure that our wallpaper is printed as promptly as possible to minimize any delays.
